Choose the ground deliberately
JJ established the Córdoba operation in the province’s agricultural east, where food, roosts, and field access support a dependable year-round dove program.

Owner-operated in Argentina since 1995
José Luis “JJ” and Mónica Grasso built JJ Cacería around a simple idea: international hunters should know who is responsible for their fields, their lodge, and every promise made before the flight.

In the field
A note from JJ
I grew up with a family hunting tradition and later had the opportunity to hunt in different parts of the world. Those experiences taught me that the extraordinary dove volume of Argentina is difficult to explain from a distance. It has to be experienced in the field.
But volume alone does not make an international trip successful. After hosting more than 13,500 dove hunters, I learned that listening is just as important as scouting. Every guest arrives with a different pace, level of experience, group dynamic, and idea of a perfect day.
Our work is to have the fields, people, equipment, and lodge ready—then shape the experience around the hunter standing in front of us.
That is why Mónica and I continue to run JJ Cacería as owners. We want guests to return home remembering not only the shooting, but also the confidence, warmth, and Argentine hospitality surrounding it.

Built in the fields
The details international hunters worry about most are rarely dramatic. They are the accumulated decisions that make each day feel effortless.

Field knowledge · Córdoba
JJ established the Córdoba operation in the province’s agricultural east, where food, roosts, and field access support a dependable year-round dove program.
Blind position, wind, shooting angles, pace, and field support can be adjusted for first-time visitors, experienced wingshooters, and mixed-ability groups.
Hosting thousands of international hunters has created a long feedback loop—one used to improve field organization, equipment, lodge rhythm, and guest care.
The owner-operated difference
An overseas hunt asks for trust before it delivers proof. JJ Cacería reduces that distance through direct ownership, regional options, and a service model shaped by hunters who have already made the journey.
You are planning with the people responsible for the operation, not navigating an anonymous marketplace after the deposit is paid.
Programs across Córdoba, Santa Fe, and La Pampa allow the trip to follow the species and experience—not a one-property sales script.
Lodge meals, local wine, asado, companions, transfers, and time around the table are treated as part of the hunt rather than background logistics.
